Clinical ResearchIntroductionThe New Mexico Clinical Research & Osteoporosis Center conducts Pharmaceutical sponsored trials (Phase II & III). Phase II trials study and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of experimental drugs or treatments involving large groups of people (100-300). Phase III trials study experimental drugs or treatments on larger groups of people (1,000-3,000). Both phases confirm effectiveness, monitor side effects, and collect information on the safety of drugs and treatments under study. Our dedicated clinical team of doctors and research professionals monitor participants carefully during the trial and remain in contact with them after completion. : E.
